Credit File accuracy Please HELP

Hi, I was declared bankrupt in Apr2013, and discharged in Apr 2014.
I have started to move on in my life, got a bank account sorted after I was discharged and a credit card etc, and slowly rebuilding my credit.
However whenever I look up my credit score with Experian it doesnt show up my bankruptcy,
partly because I didnt link my address of the house I went bankrupt in on my file.
After my home was reposessed I moved around a fair bit stayed with friends etc.
My home was reposessed in 2010 but I didnt go bankrupt until 2013 .
Should I be completely honest with Experian and update my previous address to show where I lived before with a risk of ruining my score ?
Please kindly advise.
(Please note I have been honest with lenders when applying for credit or when someone has asked me if I have been bankrupt.)
