Robinson Way and a non existent CCJ....

Afternoon all.

I'm really hoping someone can offer me some advice. I've been receiving letters from Robinson Day stating that I owe money to HPH Ltd (previously GE Capital) I have no knowledge of this debt, and they are now telling me that it's subject to a County Court Judgement. My partner and I are about to apply for a bigger mortgage to facilitate a house move, so I've been obsessively monitoring our credit reports for the last 6 months. Never has this debt shown, nor is there a CCJ registered. In a state of paranoia, this morning I have paid to do a CCJ search against my name and it returned with nothing found against me.

To be honest, I can't cope with the stress of this! Would someone be so kind as to advise me on the next steps for me? I am nervous to get in touch in case this "CCJ" becomes registered against me and it scuppers my mortgage application.

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide.
