Made BR 19/06/09 discharged 19/06/10. Did the credit file clean up about 2 years ago which included RBS they marked my credit files as settled 19/06/09. Now on the 31/03/15 they've marked it as defaulted and the balance of x amount is back and so is the financial association!! There is also an entry from some company called tti spc that has appeared with an account end date of 14/04/15 but a defult date of 19/06/09 .

If the original was marked as defaulted June 2009 it would still be there until June 2015 anyway.
Can you post up a screenshot/pic of the 2 entries please?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

It's just before it was marked as settled now it's back as a defult and there is a financial association put in fr 31/03/15 that wasn't there before too0 -
Are those definitely both the same accounts? Different amounts and slightly different default dates there.
1st the D marker this year is not a new default, but just a status update.
Both entries still list the actual default date as June 2009, which means no matter what other status is on them, they and all details of those accounts will come off your reports within 2 months.
You could dispute the settlement status, but the accounts will drop off soon anyway so may not be worth the effort unless you are being chased.
Association should drop off with the account I think, but if not you can dispute that.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

They are 2 different accounts. The tti one I've never seen or heard of before. Like you said maybe it's just best to let them drop off my account in 2 months then. Is it likely RBS could put it back on again after its dropped off in 2 months ? I've already filled in the form on the noddle site to dispute the financial association, guess I need to get hold of a copy from the other 2 CRs as well.
Edit; the mortgage one was £48000 after the house was reposed and sold, it not £57000 because of the Charges they've added on over the years since then . Just thinking if I was to ever get a mortgage in future would this still be showing somewhere that I owe £57k when it was in included in the BR?0 -
They shouldn't. It would be inaccurate and a breach of the Data Protection Act and ICO guidlines if they did.
I would say it's unlikely they would do something so stupid, but there is no accounting for the idiocy of some banks, so I would not like to 100% say.
