Hi guys! I currently have 2 jobs, 1 in resi care where I have been for 8 months on agency, and 1 month permanent, and I hate it! Absolutely hate it. Dread going in for each shift type hate it! And all I do is break even every month. Other job is as a Business Manager for a friend but work is very occasional and therefore not lucrative.
Have been offered a self employed sales job with one of the IT Training Organisations. OTE's are excellent, and even half OTE would be considerably more than I make now. If it all went pear shaped I could always go back to agency work. I'm really tempted to make the jump...............would you??!! Thx in advance.

I suppose it depends on whether you can service your outgoings on the basic salary. If you can then I would jump.
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

If you think you would be happier, yes.
Sometimes we have to take what we percieve to be a risk in order to get to a better place.
Good luck.0
