Syringoma treatment

Hi! A few years ago I was diagnosed with syringoma (small lumps around the eyes), but the gp said that any treatment would have to be done privately because it was cosmetic. I didn't have the money at the time so I didn't follow it up, but I would really like to do something now.
I've been looking on the internet, but the options seem quite vague - electrolysis or CO2 laser seem the most likely. Its even more difficult to find where I might be able to find a suitable clinic. I'm looking in the South West and along the M4 and London. Is there anyone who has had treatment, and could let me know what it was like and where the clinic was?

I have these too, I didn't know they had a name, I just thought they were a natural part of aging. Look forward to hearing if anyone has had any treatment to remove these.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0
