I found a jar, which someone gave me last year but I haven`t a clue what it is and how to use it. I get the feeling that it is high in sugar but I may be wrong. Please help before I bin it

It's a cane sugar paste, it taste a bit like a cross between caramelised honey and Maple sirop.
In Andalousia (where it come from) it's used in Tapas bar to coat fish or aubergines or vegetables...
I got the feeling it might be very nice coated over Duck breast that you would roasted in the oven.~Daisie~0
