Any advise would be very grateful,my husband had a debt with shop direct which went to Rma resolve and has now been changed to Nco resolve . We have been paying them with out fail for a number of years , he has just had a phone call wanting a financial disclosure never asked before and they have been happy with my husbands payments . Do we have to send them a financial closure?

What do they mean by a disclosure exactly?
An income and expenditure? Or something more?
You don't 'have' to send them anything. However, it may be a reasonable request, or it may not be.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Depends what information they are asking for.
A creditor has no rights whatsoever to any of your financial information, and you are under no obligation to share personal details with them, however, that been said, it could help your case if all they want is income/expenditure.

Quiet common for creditors to do this, they just want to be sure your paying what you can afford.
You can either comply, or just ignore, but if you want to avoid any further grief, it may be best to comply with it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
