BTL Mortgage of below £50,000

From memory I'm sure there are a few lenders who would lend amounts below £50,000 but can't recall who they are, can anyone help?

Yep, likely to require a mortgage broker. Firstly to know who they are and secondly most of them will only accept applications from a broker in any case.

Thanks, I was under the impression many mortgage advisors wouldn't be interested in loans of that amount as the fee's would be very low for the work that was required.

Many Broker charge a fee so that they can still take on this kind of business.


Failing that, you could always risk using L&C who don't charge a fee
