BTL Mortgage of below £50,000

From memory I'm sure there are a few lenders who would lend amounts below £50,000 but can't recall who they are, can anyone help?

Yep, likely to require a mortgage broker. Firstly to know who they are and secondly most of them will only accept applications from a broker in any case.I am a Mortgage Broker

Thanks, I was under the impression many mortgage advisors wouldn't be interested in loans of that amount as the fee's would be very low for the work that was required.0 -
Many Broker charge a fee so that they can still take on this kind of business.
Failing that, you could always risk using L&C who don't charge a feeI am a Mortgage Adviser
