Is a second mortgage offer possible?

Hi
I have went through a broker and have a mortgage offer and a planned completion date of May 29th.
I have now saw a cheaper rate direct from another lender, can I make an application with them and hold the two offers st the same time.
Will the second lender mind that I already have an offer in place?

You can only but ask them to see.
Don't forget its only an advertised rate and not the rate that you may or may not be offered."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0
