Any experience dealing with Dominion homes ?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone's had experience dealing with Dominion Homes, in particular in relation to their resales department ? They seem to be an agency that took over shared ownership schemes from certain housing associations.

I'm trying to buy a shared ownership flat through their resales department, and they are sloooow ! Getting replies to queries seems to take a very long time.

Anyone dealt with them before and got any tips about how to work with them ?

Is that the same people as A2Dominion? If so, no advice - but yes, they are slow!

Yes it is A2Dominion.

They are phenomenally slow ! Possibly one of the hardest organisations I've had to deal with. Things seem to be getting a bit better now I've got a solicitor chasing things along.

Anyone else had any experience with them ?
