  • 15 weeks from offer accepted on the property to completion.

    Only took this long as I was bottom of a 5 people chain, which also included a new build. but I'd say maybe 8-10 weeks could be acheivable!

    Our house is pretty much ready to move straight into thankfully As it's a new house so noone is living there.

    Waiting on the valuation now. Hopefully that goes smoothly. Mortgage advisor says it could take up to 2 wks and with the back holiday on Monday that could hold it up too But I'm hoping we'll hear back a lot sooner than that so the solicitor can make a start on his side
