Why isn't batch cooking and freezing working for me?
As nuatha says its keeping it warm that is a problem, for instance I would personally never eat one of those warm chickens in a bag that supermarkets sell :eek: :eek: :eek:
There's nothing to worry about with the cooked chickens - they are cooked at such a high temperature that any bugs on them will be killed and they are then sealed in bags rather than being left out in the open to collect new bugs.
There's a much higher chance of the chicken cooling in your kitchen being contaminated by air-borne bacteria than the ones in the supermarket.
