1. This prize draw is promoted by Nisbets Plc, a company registered in England with company number 01693112 and a registered address at Fourth Way, Avonmouth,Bristol, BS11 8TB, United Kingdom ("Nisbets").
2. By entering this prize draw, participants agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
3. This prize draw is open to UK businesses and UK residents aged 18 and above only. Employees of Nisbets, its subsidiaries, agents and their families are not allowed to participate.
4. Entry is free and no purchase is required. Entries must be submitted via http://fal.cn/3Ey. The prize is worth £163.94.
5. The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on 4th May 2015. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and verified by Nisbets before 5pm on the 08th May 2015. Nisbets will not be liable for late or delayed entries.
6. Only one entry is permitted per business or household. Nisbets reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries from the same household or business.
7. The prize consists of 1 x Dualit 3 in 1 Espressivo Coffee Machine DCM2X 84440 and 1 x Pack Dualit NX Capsules Classic Espresso (Pack Quantity: 50). No cash alternative is available.
8. The winner will be contacted by telephone, e-mail or social media. 9. The prize will be delivered by 30th June 2015, subject to stock availability, provided a valid UK address is given. A signature will be required on delivery so unfortunately, PO Box and BFPO delivery addresses are not accepted. It is the prize winner's responsibility to sign for delivery. If the prize order has not been received within 30 days then the winner should contact Nisbets immediately. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
10. If the prize winner cannot be contacted (whether because of incorrectly supplied details or otherwise), Nisbets will hold the relevant prize for 30 days before withdrawing it due to the prize winner's default. A new prize winner will then be re-drawn in accordance with clause 5 above.
