The ICO should tell them that this is an unfair practice.
Regarding the court claim, post again if it ever arrives (good chance it's just a threat)
But in the meantime I probably would do a cca request now, to save having to do it in a rush if a claim form arrived.0 -

After speaking to a complaints ex from them yeserday think you are right beating one department do not know what the other is doing say it will be sorted by Monday takes some believing after 8 months0
