BPA stink

complaint sent to the BPA regarding AM parking , displaying BPA logos and indeed issuing tickets , my first query was to find out why they were using the logos etc ,

I can confirm AM Parking left our membership on the 27th February 2015.

so I fired back asking about 2 tickets issued shortly after 27th feb . the request made on the 12th april and made a formal complaint , only to receive this in the post today


Although AM Parking left the BPA/AOS on 27th February 2015 they were re-instated on the 14th April 2015. The issue was not related to any disciplinary action, but an administrative issue.

As they are still members they are entitled to still use the Logos.

I can take up the issue of the two tickets that you received, if you provide the relevant details.

I have a funny feeling the NTK will not arrive , however a request has been sent to the DVLA , I DO hope they applied for them whilst a non ATA member


and the BPA stink !
