Good Morning fellow DFW Peeps and welcome old timers and newbies alike :hello:
Welcome to the middle of the week
When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free.
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging the washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.
So, today I will:

So, today I will:
- check online banking and update spreadsheet
- send everyone off with pack ups
- get a present for a friend's daughter out of the present cupboard
- have a job interview for a very part time job
- do a storecupboard meal
- not increase my debt in any way
- do some matched betting (didn't do any yesterday)
- be positive

I on-line shopped-my new rule is (apart from milk) no popping out for bits-when it's gone it's gone. Wednesday is shopping day-no excuses.
Caught up with an old friend I used to Ebay with-the old account with decent f/b is still running so may add some stuff to that when she gets back to me with the p/w
Did my Quidco links
Found and updated the email address on a mystery shopping site
Next task is go through the old Ebay box see what is there and sort. Same for books for AmazonI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

I've done my piggyclicks and we are eating out of the cupboards/freezer today so hopefully no spends. :T
Plus, a friend popped in to visit me this morning (am off work sick at the moment) and brought me 2 magazines and a lovely plant - it was a lovely surprise and they are things that I wouldn't normally have bought for myself so I was really thrilled!
