Dairy Free Alternative Topping for Lasagne

Can anyone suggest a Dairy Free Alternative topping for Lasagne? It also needs to be reasonably low in fat.
Since I have had to reduce my Dairy intake down considerably, including Cheese, I've not had a Lasagne. I would like to somehow put that right as it was one of my favourite homemade meals when done correctly.

Either make your own vegan cheese sauce from cauliflower (low fat):

Or one from flour and vegan spreads (higher fat):

Or use this with non-dairy milk:

You can get non-dairy products from Tesco. However, any cheese alternatives will have higher other types of fat.
A low fat dairy alternative would be a small sprinkling of sharp cheddar and some creme fraiche.0 -

Thanks for those. I think I've got an idea for the Bechamel Sauce as I currently use Rice Milk (mainly on my Breakfast) and I have a recipe to trial. I'm mainly after the crispy topping to substitute the grated Cheese that usually comes on top of Lasagne, after the Bechamel Sauce.
One possibility I had thought of was Breadcrumbs?Apparently I am the original tight fisted Yorkshire Man!!0 -
Fry a mixture of breacrumbs and a spoonful of polenta (cornmeal) together. That makes a nice crunch.0

You can get cheese made from coconut milk - it's not cheap but for an occasional treat?
I've only seen it in health food shops.
If you fancy making your own cheese try https://www.allthecooks.com or just google making vegan cheese.0
