• This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the promoters, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
• To enter, simply visit the Toby Carvery Facebook page, sign up to the Toby Carvery Facebook app, and enter the requested details on the Balloon Burst prize-draw entry form.
• No purchase is necessary but internet access, a Facebook account and a valid email address are required.
• By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Balloon Burst Facebook app will run from Monday 20 April until Sunday 3 May. Daily games will run from 00.00 until 23.59. If you win, we'll email you a prize voucher to the email address you've registered.
• Players are required to pop as many balloons on the screen as possible, within a 5 second period of time, in the hope of popping a balloon that contains a winning voucher.
• There are three vouchers available when playing the daily games: a free pud voucher, a free ice cream voucher and 20% off a £15 spend. Full terms and conditions can be found on the prize vouchers.
• The game can be played as many times as desired, but each entrant can only win one voucher per day.
• A non-compulsory stage of the game requests that you share and encourage your Facebook friends to take part. For each friend the game is shared with, you will get an extra entry into that week's £30 gift card prize draw.
• There will be one gift card prize draw held, per week, over the promotional period. Winners will be announced on the following dates: Monday 27 April and Monday 4 May.
• Winners will be picked at random. The first winner randomly selected will win the £30 gift card via email and an announcement will be made on the Facebook page.
• No prize-draw entries will be carried over from week to week. However, if you don't win the main prize of a £30 gift card on any given week, you may re-enter on following weeks.
• Each entrant can potentially win a maximum of one £30 gift card within the duration of the competition. If the entrant is chosen on subsequent prize-draw dates, their entry will be discounted and another winner will be chosen at random.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend the prize-draw dates in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
• Gift card winners will be announced on the Toby Carvery Facebook page after 10am on the prize-draw dates listed above. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winning entrants, but should there be no response within a month the prize will be forfeited.
• The promoter aims to deliver the gift cards and vouchers within 30 days of the closing time of each draw. In some circumstances this may not be possible. In this instance the promoter will aim for prizes to be delivered within three months of closing date.
• Prizes are as stated. No cash alternative is offered. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
• You can obtain winners' names and towns by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to Toby Carvery Balloon Burst, Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, 27 Fleet Street, Birmingham, B3 1JP.
• Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g.: be photographed for website/FB/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
• The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
