RULES OF THE "WIN A MANGO GIFT VOUCHER" PRIZE DRAW


1.- GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE DRAW


The object of the present rules (hereinafter, "the Rules") is to regulate the prize draw organised by the company PUNTO FA, S.L. (hereinafter, "MANGO"), domiciled in Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona), C/Mercaders 9-11, Pol. Ind. Riera de Caldes.


No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. No purchase or payment will increase the chances of winning the present prize draw.


2.- REQUIREMENTS OF THE PARTICIPANTS.


2.1 The present prize draw will be held in Spain.


2.2 Persons eligible to participate in the same include any physical person of legal age resident in any of the following countries.

2.3 Persons ineligible to participate in the prize draw, and therefore unable to be awarded prizes, include the partners and employees of any MANGO group company, or those of companies collaborating in the present promotion, or the spouses or family members of the same up to the first degree of kinship.


3.- PARTICIPATION


3.1 The prize draw may be entered by persons who fulfil the requirements set out in section 2 and who enter their details (name, surname(s), e-mail address, mobile number, postcode, town/city, date of birth and gender) on the entry form available at the following link: www.mango.com/giftvoucher2015.




3.2 MANGO will begin communication of the present promotional activity on 20 April 2015. The entry period will be from 20 April 2015 at 09:00, taking as a reference European CET time, until 07 May 2015 at 23:59, both dates inclusive. Consequently, only entries received during said period will be taken into consideration.





4.- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS


4.1 One (1) entry only will be accepted per person and entry.


4.2 The following will be excluded from the prize draw:


a) Any entrant who does not complete the aforementioned instructions correctly.


b) Does not fulfil the participation requirements.


4.3 MANGO reserves the right to exclude from the competition any person who does not comply with established rules or who does not adopt an honest attitude, in order to guarantee the same rights and opportunities to all entrants.


4.4 All participants who have correctly followed the aforementioned instructions, duly entered the required details on the entry form and fulfil all the participation requirements for the present prize draw shall be entered on the list of participants eligible to win the prize described below.


5.- SELECTION PROCESS


5.1 By means of an electronic selection system, MANGO will hold a single prize draw on 29 May 2015 among the entrants who fulfil the aforementioned requirements and will select, from among the entrants of all the countries, one entrant who will be declared the prize draw winner. One (1) runner-up per country will also be chosen and will be eligible for the prize if the person initially selected is not entitled to the prize on any of the grounds mentioned in the present Rules.


6.- PRIZES


In the event the winner of the prize draw resides in the United Kingdom, the prize will include:


- A MANGO gift voucher, worth 800 GBP, which may be exchanged for MANGO products in the physical stores in the country of residence of the winner, or at the MANGO online store, at the choice of the winner. The aforementioned gift voucher may be used several times by the winner, until the limit of its value has been used up.


7.- NOTIFICATION OF PRIZES TO WINNERS


7.1. After the closing date of the prize draw, MANGO will contact the winners by e-mail or telephone on 1 June 2015, at the e-mail address and/or telephone number of the same that is available on our database, having been previously provided by its owner.


7.2. Once the notification referred to in section 7.1 has been made, the person selected must, within a deadline of seventy-two (72) hours following reception of said notification, confirm acceptance of the prize by e-mail, either by responding to the e-mail sent from MANGO informing them that they have been declared the winner of the prize draw, or by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address indicated when contacted by telephone by MANGO; indicate whether the gift voucher they will receive as a prize will be exchanged for products at the MANGO online store or at physical MANGO stores in their country of residence, stating, in both cases, the MANGO store to which the prize should be delivered; provide their full name and a copy of their National ID or equivalent identification document, and expressly accept the use of their name and image as envisaged in sections 7.4 and 8.6 of the present Rules.


7.3. Wherever necessary, one (1) runner-up will be contacted. If the latter does not accept the prize or does not complete the procedures set forth in the previous section within forty-eight (48) hours, no prize will be awarded.


7.4 Following the express acceptance referred to in the above paragraphs, MANGO may announce the names of the winner and runner-up on their various social network profiles, and on the www.mango.com/giftvoucher2015. webpage.




8.- RESERVATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS


8.1 MANGO shall be exempt from any liability in the event of any errors in the details provided by the winners which prevent the same from being identified.


8.2 Under no circumstances shall MANGO be liable for services provided to the winner by any other organisation it collaborates with as a consequence of the prize award.


8.3 The prize award is personal and non-transferable and may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged, modified or cashed at the request of the winner.


8.4 MANGO reserves the right to cancel the prize draw, either permanently or temporarily, in both cases on the grounds of force majeure, unforeseen or unforeseeable circumstances, or fraud.


8.5 Mere participation in the prize draw implies full acceptance of the present Rules.


8.6 MANGO may subject the awarding of the prize to the prior, written and signed consent of the winner to use their name and image at no cost for advertising purposes, wherever the same are related to the present prize draw.


8.7 Furthermore, the winner exempts MANGO, its subsidiaries, associate companies and the employees of the same from any liability arising from any damages that may be incurred in the enjoyment of the prize which is the object of the present prize draw.


9.- DATA PROTECTION


9.1 The personal details of prize draw entrants will be treated in accordance with the current legislation. Said details will be included on a computerised file, under the ownership and responsibility of MANGO, and will be treated in a computerised manner for the purposes of managing the progress of the prize draw, the award of the prizes which are the object of the prize draw and/or the purpose of advertising or canvassing MANGO products which may be of interest to the same, including communications by electronic means.


9.2 MANGO shall establish the technical and organisational resources to guarantee the security of the computerised files, data treatment centres, premises, equipment, systems, programmes and persons involved in the computerised treatment of the personal details, in the manner envisaged in the applicable legislation.


9.3 Those affected may write to the Database Manager (PUNTO FA, S.L., Apartado de Correos 280, 08184 Palausolità i Plegamans, Barcelona, Spain) in order to exercise their right to access, cancel or modify their details, or access the "Registration" section of www.mango.com.




9.4 Indication of the personal details of the winner shall be obligatory for the management of the prize. Any false notification of personal details shall entitle MANGO to disqualify the winner, without prejudice to any other actions MANGO may adopt in this regard.


10.- GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS


The prize shall be subject to the applicable tax legislation.

My postcode doesn't fit either, looks like it only caters for postcodes with 6 digits!
