Licences For Cats.....
There's too many of them and a lot of owners do not take proper responsibility for them in my view and they pose quite a threat to local wildlife...

Property owners (be it houses or commercial businesses) should be legally obliged to maintain their property in a good and proper condition and well maintained.... If an area looks bad it usually attracts trouble in some form..... If an area looks clean and tidy it usually give people a pride in their area.... This will tie in well with big littering fine.....

Complete clampdown on poor driving / parking...
Use modern recognition technology and more parking enforcement officers for the Proper Enforcement of Urban clearways, bus lanes, double yellow lines, etc..... This will in turn help ease congestion all round towns and cities..

Give all people everywhere a free course (be it online or in local community centres) on fashion and how to dress appropriately...... That spare tyre bulging out of your tight leggings or beer belly hanging barely out over your trousers IS NOT a nice or in any way an appropriate sight..... Gym gear on anyone is not day wear.. It's GYM wear so stop wearing it when your just popping out down the shops or out to the pub !!!

The enforcement of the laws against cycling on the footpath. I am fed up with 30 something born again cyclists in their £1000 bikes expecting me to walk on the road or the ditch to let them pass.
