Hitachi loans

Been through the application process with Hitachi Personal loans, been approved and everything seems fine got the loan in want to clear my credit cards, repayments fine, but before I sign my credit agreement I did a google search for reviews, some give them some right stick, saying the APR at the start of the application process goes up when complete.

I've got credit agreement printed out and ready to sign, the APR is shown as 4.7% which I am happy with, as that's the APR on the credit agreement, that's the rate I'll be paying right?

Them people are just annoyed they didnt get the loan at the low apr nor understand what goes into deciding what apr you get.

    Good luck OP.

Be aware that on-line 'reviews' for any firm usually represent the few who have some sort of axe to grind and very often do not represent the silent majority.

People are more motivated to share their gripes than their neutral or good experiences. This very forum is a perfect example of that.

I have no experience of Hitachi themselves, however I would expect a large and internationally recognised brand to keep to their side of the contract as long as you keep to yours.

I had an Hitachi loan a year or two back and everything was fine. I contacted them to pay it off early and everything went as planned.
