Just thought I'd come on here to help me record some progress. I had a nice letter from my employer the other day, advising me that my pay has increased from £17,160pa to £35,130pa! wow! Today being payday, and the news of a payrise, I decided to settle my Barclays loan. Still a year left on the contract but not any more! I feel as if my money saving fire has been fueled good and proper. Hitachi next... just over 3 grand left to go there, then I'm debt free, and I'll have a few grand in savings!
Happy days:beer:

If you want to apply for a four year apprenticeship go ahead
Took me 4yrs to get where I am now, and it feels damn good to be earning this money at 22.
