SafeCoupons not printing - HELP!!

Hi guys. I'm hoping one of you can help me!
I've been a couponer for about 2 years now and have never had any problems printing from my computer or laptop.
My laptop has Windows 7, my PC has Windows 8. I use chrome on both.
Since about February i have been getting the same error message when i come to print my Safe Coupons. The error message is:
"Sorry but we were not able to print this offer. Please check that your default printer is paper based and not a PDF/Image writer."
At first i thought my partner had been messing with the printer settings, but after restoring everything to it's default settings, i was still getting the same error message.
So out of desperation, i went to my mothers to use her PC and printer. She also has Windows 8 and uses Chrome and Firefox. The SAME error message came up!
I have seen some posts where people have had the same problem, and i haven't found a solution online yet.
I have uninstalled my printer/Chrome/Java and reinstalled and still nothing works.
Another thing is when i go to print my coupon, it says i'm not accepting cookies, which i am. Once i click "Try again" it takes me to the print page and then the error message appears.
Hoping someone can help!
Thank you
