thanks for the replies, yes I have tried everything, but nothing works, the way it looks now it very hard to pick out the end dates, I guess I am stuck with it, still preferable to the new look but not as good as it was !
Go to your user CP > Settings and Options > Edit Options, scroll down to Miscellanious Options > Forum Skin and select 'New Masthead, stretchy'.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

Thanks for the change back info as someone who suffers from migranous vertigo that new layout made it impossible for me to stay on, so honesty hope that the old 'not so sharp on the eyes' version stays in use or I think a lot of people with be discriminated against due to eye/medical problems

God That was Dire thank god I got to change back phew !!! my eyes were bad already but this made it so much worse. Over the weekend it seemed to jump to the new layout...seriously, it's HORRIBLE �� please keep the old style as it's much easier to scroll thru, cross out comps you don't want and view text (Ergonomist so know a wee bit about visual layout for systems / controls etc).0
