Sorry you have had this experience with Sudocrem. I also won with them on their instant win, a Kindle Paperwhite! No problems at all though, they emailed very soon after to confirm and to ask for my address, then the Kindle arrived direct from Amazon.Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0
