Ipa

Hi,

I am about 18 months into my BR, I emailed my OR 24th March to ask for a payment break of 2 months, her colleague replied saying he had cc'd my email on to his colleague who is handling my case, on the 1st April I emailed her with the original string asking for a response, still nothing, as I knew I would not be able to pay my IPA for April I stopped the SO, now I have an email from the accountants handling payments wanting to know why I have missed a payment & did I know I should have informed my OR of any changes!! I have emailed my OR again this morning with the original string.

Any thoughts on this please?

Thanks.

I'd recommend giving the OR a call if you want piece of mind, they are very busy and if they don't see your case as urgent it will just sit in a pile until the OR gets too it :)

You could also send Clarke Willmott a copy of your emails so they know you are waiting on a response from the OR or give them a quick call and let them know what's going on.
