Working full time, want to boost income

Hi,
Apologies if anyone has posted this previously, please link if you know of any articles. For a while now, I've been thinking of ways to boost my income. Especially as I got engaged in January and have a wedding next year to pay for! I know forever living is growing in popularity so am considering that (although a lot of people seem to be doing that so I don't want to be one of too many!) and I've heard lots about forever living being good. There's also the body shop and Avon...are there any more that people would recommend?
I work full time as a teacher and was just wondering if anyone else had managed to keep going with a full time job and be successful with this on the side? I've noticed a lot of people selling forever living in particular are stay at home mums looking for extra income.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The question is asked regularly and different things work for different people. The best thing to do is just get a cup of coffee and have a read through some of the threads on here, choose what suits you.
There are dedicated threads for all the things you mention, just see what people find they make, or perhaps the downside of each.
There is no 'quick fix' answer, you need to do a bit of research yourself.

I tried Avon...and to be honest it was a waste of time...unless you get a really good area of people who order alot all of the time...it isnt worth the hassle and organisation (especially with a full-time job).
I use valuedopinions and swagbucks for a few additional gift cards (for presents etc throughout the year).
But agreed, just spend sometime with the forum boards!Total Debt in Feb 2015 - £6,052 | DEBT FREE 26/05/2017Swagbucks £200 Valued Opinions £100Dave Ramsey Baby Step 2 | Mr Money Mustache Addict0 -

If you're into potentially selling stuff, but making it work around your job, you could try selling stuff online? eBay's good for clearing out old stuff you don't want/use, or Amazon Marketplace could work for you. Added bonus of Amazon is that you can use its "Fulfilment By Amazon" service - so you send whatever you're selling off to Amazon's warehouse to let them actually deal with posting out orders.
(but there are obviously fees associated with it, and could be a slow game, so you've gotta decide whether it's right for you.. just some food for thought!)

As a teacher, you can sign up with schoolzone to do focus groups and surveys.. It's really well paid and fits around school hours... Teleconferencing! This month I will get 110 from 2 2 hour focus groups, from the comfort of my living room!!:rotfl:0
