does any1 know if i can claim late payment fees back from northen rock from whne my mortgage was in arrears?? If so is there a letter template i could use?

I doubt it very much
if you broke the terms of your agreement with NR I believe they are fully entitled to charge you the feesI am a Mortgage Adviser
