Urgent Mortgage Advice?

Hello,

I urgently need some advice as we have found a house that we are interested in but only have 2 weeks to find a mortgage and secure it.

We do have adverse credit history and are on a DMP for the next 4 years, however we would like to borrow 240k. Our income is 70k but we would also like to include stamp duty in with the amount we wish to borrow.

Is this possible, where should we go to look for a premilimary quick mortgage offer? Is it possible to achieve this?

If anyone can help please let me know asap....

Many thanks

Greggie.

absolutely no problem with a 10% deposit, but you need to take advice not all lenders will accept people who are on a DMP and your income needs factoring in
