Hi, new here and need some help.
Recently received 2 letters from Credit Resolution Services claiming I owe money to a gym called Xercise 4 Less. I've never joined a gym especially one called Xercise 4 Less. Seen lots of posts on here about CRS but from people who have actually joined a gym and then cancelled their membership.
It's worrying as I have no clue how they have got my name and address and they're threatening legal action over something I have no clue about.
The letter seems to have a photo copied signature at the bottom so that made me a bit weary, they've also missed part of my surname off and part of the address. Also read somewhere not to talk to debt collectors on the phone.
Any help on what to do would be appreciated.
Really frustrating as I have no clue where this has come from and with it being the second letter getting a bit worried about bad credit ratings and such over something that has nothing to do with me.
Thanks
