DMP advice?

Hello,
42 months ago I entered into a DMP with Debtline (now Lawrence Charlton). I was desperate and agreed to pay the monsterous fees!
I have just got the balances of my creditors. £35 and £797. I plan on calling the smaller creditor on Fri and paying the final amount direct to them.
My question is, should I call the larger creditor (Moorcroft) and offer to pay them direct too? They are currently getting £45 a month, which will increase to £70 next month, but I can offer £100 a month direct and avoid a further £300 in fees. Is this wise? Will they relentlessly persue me if I make contact? I want my debts cleared by the end of the year. I'm just not sure what to do! Any advice would be great.
Thanks

Yes definitely cancel the paid DMP.
Keep all contact with Mcroft in writing, refuse to speak to them on the phone and don't let them bully you into paying any more than you can afford. Just keep to the £100 you can afford.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Ditch them today, they are doing nothing for you you can't do yourself.
This is an all to familiar post, please spread the word, you do not have to pay anyone for a DMP !!!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Email is not "in writing".
To have any meaning, and if you want a response, you must write a letter, only written contact has any legal meaning.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Keep the email,
Does it say they will accept your offer in full and final settlement of the account, and you will not be chased for the remainder by them of any associated company ?
If not, insist they respond in writing with a letter to that effect, before you part with a penny, otherwise they can, quiet legitimately, sell on the remainder of the debt, and you will have to go through the mill with another DCA.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. They are sending me a letter to confirm the payment plan. 7 X £100 and 1 X £97.42.0

A posted letter is best but in this instance I suspect it will make little difference as you'll be clearing the debt in a few months anyway.
Just stick to making the payments you have agreed and keep an eye out for the letter from them. How have you arranged to pay them?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
They said they will send by post.0
