Moorcroft Debt from Santander

I have just had the dreaded Santander loan transferred to Moorcroft (From the flexible loan that other people got refunds on a few years ago). I have to arrange a payment plan with Moorcroft and am afraid they will give me a CCJ or request more than i can afford.
Will they be expecting the same amount as the minimum payment for the loan account? I will not be able to afford this!

As it is before 2007 then CCA request them for the signed credit agreement.
As Satnader Morphed the debt firm probably wont have itI do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
CCA/information request can be found in this link

Regards any payments you may in the end make, you may have to remind them that it would be a breach of FCA rules to pressurise you into paying more than you can afford. You have to stick to your guns on what you can pay, and make a formal complaint if they are not reasonable.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Yes, this is what I'm afraid off, I have agreements with other creditors and I'm paying them back and it's ok, but if they ask for a huge amount it will cause me to struggle too much. Ultimately, I want to pay back.0

Send the letter Fermi relates to and you might not have to pay them anything.
Accounts from before 2007 need a signed credit agreement to be coughed up or they can not enforce the debt.
Chances of them having one are slim indeed on an account from morphed bank passed to a debt agency.
They dont have it and then you won't have to pay if played out right.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Satnader seem pretty on ball with CCA requests from my experience when it was morphed from an alliance and Leicester loan0

They do with "recreated" agreements but this is pre 2007, they need the wet signature copy.I do Contracts, all day every day.0
