bankruptcy and cars

Hi all,
At the moment I am possibly going to go bankrupt, I currently have a car which is only worth about £200 as it has a lot wrong so needs replacing asap, I have an option of getting a brand new car via the nhs salary sacrifice scheme(so no credit) I need a car for work as I live about 10 miles from work and public transport is not reliable to get me to work to start my shift, as a nurse I have to be there for 6:45 and as I work nights, I cannot rely on public transport.

So if I was made bankrupt, would the OR say I would not be able to have a car through the salary sacrifice scheme? Even though I need a car for work and to get out of the scheme there would be a penalty.

Also I don't have anyone to ask to borrow money off to replace my current car.

Kind regards
