Help needed -property factors receiving 32% brokerage commission every month
Hi all,
I'm looking for some help please. I have just been informed that my property factors are getting 32% brokerage commission each month. Of the £90 I pay (and all other flat owners) they get 32% of it for a brokerage fee. I can't see how this is far or reasonable but I'd be grateful for any advice about this.
