Hi guys, I have had gravy tonight but made a little more than I needed and wondered if I can freeze it to use as a later date?

Yes you can LUCY, think about frozen ready meals? they have built in gravy so homemade should be fine.0

In a word, yes.
Guess what we're having tonight with the frozen left-over roast pork from a couple of Sundays ago.
Even if there's only enough left-over meat to be used up in a casserole, any left-over gravy still gets thrown into that.If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

yes, I do all the time and when in rush its fab to just pull out the night before:A :j0

I too also freeze gravy as it would be so wasteful to bin it.I usually put it once cold into one of those soup zip-lock bags then I can squash it between other bits in the freezer0

Yup - best to freeze in a ziplock bag (as Jackie suggests) or in an ice cube tray - when frozen pop the cubes out and store in a bag - defrosts much faster if you need it in a hurry.
There's not usually much gravy left in my home but it can also be added to soup for a bit more flavour too."Does it spark joy?" - Marie Kondo
