I make a big frittata then people can take slices from the fridge.

You could make hummus and leave a box with carrots/cucumber/celery in for dipping.

HM bread sticks (kids could help make this)

We have ants on a log (peanut butter inside a celery stick with raisins for ants). Sounds grim but it's lovely.

Cheap rice and oat cakes from Lidl can be topped with PB/banana/hummus

Tsaziki is another lovely dip that's easy to make

I also sometimes boil a load of eggs then peel them and put them in the fridge for a quick snack.

with a glass of full fat milk
    apples
  • Savoury flapjacks - google, but similar to regular flapjacks - without the sugar, but with cheese/eggs/grated veggies.

    Nice ideas above!

I'd also add mini quiches in your bun tin, roasted chickpeas, apple and peanut butter (particularly fancy if you core the apple and stuff the PB inside) Pinwheels (fill a wrap, roll tightly, slice into thins slices), or in addition to the veggies an hummus veggies and other dips--yoghurt with dill etc. Try to think broadly--broccoli, cauliflower and pepper slices are all nice raw in addition to carrots and celery.

If you're so incline you could also make mini pasties and freeze. I'd go for something like curried veggies as a filling, rather than cheese and onion to keep it healthy, but maybe mix it up.
  • Diced apple, raisins and cheese cubes in a small dish. You could do the cheese and raisin mix earlier, then just chop apple when needed. Celery is also good in this for a change.

Home made oatcakes. I am a fan of Dr kargs cheese and pumpkin seed crackers. I am trying to recreate them ATM. Jars of salsa are often on offer in lidl. They make a great dip and low calorie.
Another easy thing is wraps, you can put anything in them and cut up into smaller pieces. Oven baked pakoras really easy and you can use anything to make them. Made with gram flour they will have protein.

    - swap the canadian bacon for streaky, or ham.

The cauliflower isn't v obvious (if you have to employ stealth tactics for veg consumption) and they are just as tasty cold as hot.
