We looking for mortgage that gives cashback to help to pay all the fees up front i.e. legal fees etc.

    Have you looked at Britannia, one of there fixed rate mortgages includes all fees, i have just moved to them and the process was very swift , and there solicitor was very efficent.

    there are lots of options open to you, you may not necessarily need a cashback. without more info from you I cannot be specific, but if you are a first time buyer I strongly recommend you enlist the help of a professional mortgage adviser, and one that has access to the whole of market
