Advice please regarding creditors meetings

Hi,
just a quick post the OR said that there will not be a meeting of creditors in my case and that the OR will become my trustee,what does this mean to me.

Hi lisa,
It just means it's going to be a straightforward case. The creditors are only interested in a meeting if there's something to be gained for them. The O.R being your trustee means that it'll be over quickly; a trustee is appointed if there are assets to be disposed of.

I have had a trustee appointed and I have no assets, in fact had trustee appointed to collect my tax before OR interiew, what does this mean for my BR? Sorry.Went BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. :eek: BSC No 880
