Could I have some help please to find the best LTB mortgages please. if you can link that would be great. I am looking at 75% LTV. I can't see many on the market (well none).

You won't find let to buy mortgages listed as their own category.
The terminology is much misunderstand and different lenders apply it in different ways.

The idea sounds simple but the reality is much more difficult.
If you need a mortgage on the new purchase property the let to buy in the background will make certain lenders unsuitable.
