I know they don't like their comps posting, but I just thought I'd vent about something else related to the mag that I find annoying at the moment. When they launched all their comps had a one week entry period, but with issue 6 or 7 this increased to two weeks. It's just a pity that they didn't notice that some of their comps/giveaways now have a one week overlap, and have identical email and subject details.

They are trying to break into a very competitive market where sales have been in steady (sometimes rapid) decline for years yet cannot get the basics right - unless they have very deep pockets it doesn't bode well for them being around to produce a first anniversary issue.0

I think it's because they think it will encourage people to use the entry form.
I bought it last week but I found the magazine itself to be stories I've read either online or in other mags before

That might be true if the comps/giveaways concerned were, like most of their comps, open to postal entry; but they're not, at least one is email entry only.'...luck came to those who left a space for it.' Terry Pratchett0 -
No sign of #10 anywhere locally. Has it gone the way of the dodo already?'...luck came to those who left a space for it.' Terry Pratchett0
