I bought one last year off ebay and it is now randomly failing, I believe it is either the circuitry or one of the cells has gone. Anyway, managed to get a refund out of him but reluctant to buy another off ebay. At the time I did not expect my lappie to last long, but now I have factory restored it it is running reasonably well, not fantastic but it does the job.
I have been trawling through various companies off Google and the amount of them that either have no address on the website or slip in that they are sent by HongKong post are ridiculous. I think I have found one reasonably promising one with a UK address at last though
But, does anyone know of a dependable company, or even a dependable ebayer, that does batteries for Sony Vaio laptops please? Need to get it fairly soon.
Or does anyone know of a search engine for laptop batteries?
The only reason I am rejecting Honkers is in case I have to return it!
Just one other caveat, it would be very useful if I could pay by paypal as that is where my refund is!
So long ago my memory is hazy, I think we used

Thanks for your help (and picasso), this is exactly the problem, and I'm terrible at explaining things to begin with, let alone explain it to someone who has never used a coupon or done an online shop before
I tried explaining it to my mam. Needed wine after and she still messed it up! :mad:To much trouble apparently. Why should she bother when OH lets her take what she wants out of my stuff when I'm not here:mad:. He's been told:cool:I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammarMortgage pay off date 11/2028. Target 12/2020 :rotfl:

Dont know if your battery is a long pack, or if it is seperate large batteries like in some models. If it is the latter, you cant do much better than this bloke. Knows everything about batteries, and he is so helpful.

"Some night.
Lib Dems threw the entire kitchen furniture at Montgomeryshire. It missed.
First time the Conservatives have retained Montgomeryshire in modern times. So I made history tonight. And with a majority of 5300. Admit to being rather pleased.
One voter decided to draw a detailed representation of a penis instead of a cross in my box on one ballot paper. Amazingly, because it was neatly drawn within the confines of the box the returning officer deemed it a valid vote. Not sure the artist meant it to count, but I am grateful. If I knew who it was, I would like to thank him ( or her) personally.":p:p
