Hi I got as far as calendar but no dots in Mch.1 in May but not sending me anywhere.

First parcel UPS messed up....

Delivery date X date.

Delivery date slipped 4 days to X date.

As delivery date slipped I went out on the original date.

Came home and tracking said "failed delivery attempt".

Called to be told the driver attempted delivery at just after 1pm. I was sitting on my garden wall in the street after walking 10 miles cooling down from 10 to, to quarter past as it was a lovely day. No sign of any card either so CS admitted he might not have bothered or was at the wrong address.

Was told delivery would now be the date the original date slipped too.

Informed them that I wouldn't be here as was visiting family in England. "oh we can have delivered there for you if you like". I had something I really needed to do on the slipped date and the next day I was travelling.

Sis and mum waited in all day for it.

Tracking said they tried to deliver it to my address. So much for delivery to mums.


Now this parcel, first they put it on the wrong lorry at the depot so it had to be sent back. And now, they have forgot to put the damn thing on the right lorry so it will sit there until Monday now.

I can navigate all around the old site from there....get to FAQs, t&c etc. I can type into it but it just won't let me actually submit the receipts.
