Hope everyone is OK.

Bit of a Sada delivery dilemma. Could someone advise?

I placed an order 2 days ago and it was meant to have come today between 2pm and 4pm. 4.15pm and it was still not here so I phoned the Sada call centre and I think I got put through to India. The rude person on the phone told me to wait 2 more hours as they said it would be delivered between 2pm and 4pm but actually meant 2pm and 6pm. !!!!!!! Is this normal?

Anyway, come 6pm, still no delivery and still not delivery yet. No phone call or apology to say they are delayed or that the order got cancelled.

The food ordered was meant to be supper/tea tonight but I had to order some takeaway instead!

Is this normal or am I being muppetised?
