Wish I had read that earlier, just did 2 failed shops of 10 each :(

    Oh well never mind :)

Oh no you should have just bought them altogether like me.

I had cottoned on that less than 10 were not working before I went yesterday but Eyespy said theirs didn't work with 10 in early hours.

No idea how this glitch is working! confused.com

For any Cardiffians that use the Cardiff Bay Adsa

ALL vouchers over £5 have to be checked, orders from Adsa house.

I had 2 checked, 1 for shades and the other for sausages, the supervisor went away with vouchers for over 5 mins.

I have never been able to undertand what they thnk they can possibly check! Our vouchers are printed off after THEIR system compares our shopping against competitors and it issues a voucher accordingly. When they scurry off into their little corners all they can do is bung in the exact same receipt details into their wonderful APG machine - and they will get exactly the same result and same voucher that we gave them in the first place. They won't achieve anything except a bit of ill feeling all round.

I realise that the problem of old/new systems may give different results but that is fairly easily explained by pointing out that they have 2 different ones on the go which they must be aware of by now.

    Correct.. I think!

    11 or more + old apg = £15.40 vs £10
    11 or more + new apg = £5.00 vs £10
    10 or less + old apg = 50p vs £1 each
    10 or less + new apg = 50p vs £1 each

To get the vs £1, buy in 2s as 2 for £2 in Waities and Tosco.

Their system makes it trivial to knock up fake vouchers using photoshop etc so checking the receipt's apg result matches the voucher is the only way they can verify them.

An apology wouldn't go amiss should they need to check a voucher, however they know the system glitches and possibly have some ill feelings about people using it to there advantage.
