Tell her to collect and to check the receipt before accepting them. The multi will (should) show on the receipt. If the multi is not showing, reject those items (ordered in error, understood they are on offer in store). Depending on amount ordered nothing will be lost if she does accept them - it sounds like she is new to this so can always return items to store for a refund if it doesn't work out (no evouchers to complicate it!).

Tell her to check the promotions section on the paperwork to make sure the multi-buy discounts are there, especially if they subbed items that should have been in multis.

I know EXACTLY what I would do with prisons if I had the chance.

I would double the hardship and halve the sentences for most crimes. There would be no wonderful games rooms, no TV in cells, and certainly no "liberty" to let people get used to being in society. Life would mean life for things like murder, rape, !!!!!philia and the such.

All prisoners would have to work or study, and there would be no payments for that. There would be no smoking or the suchlike either.

In the last month of the sentence (there would be no parole) they would be sent to a slightly more open prison, and on release they would have to go to a halfway house where they would still be supervised but would be allowed out during the day. The length of time they spent here would depend on their behaviour and degree of readjustment.

As for the idea of time off for good behaviour, it would not exist. There would be extra time for bad behaviour.

This way people might actually decide they didn't like prison and not want to go back.
