Ouchhhhh :p actually it didn't hurt as I have extra padding:p

In all seriousness I am starting tmw and I will stick to it (after I've finished fish&chips with Nan ;))
Oh I'm hopeless :( I know I will be gutted if I don't do it as it will ruin the holiday as I'm already getting stressed but why is that not enough to stop me eating  on the plus side I made two salads for today but ended up eating them both at once:eek: and I wasn't hungry but at least it was healthy just a shame all the chocolate ruined it. Focus is what I need... I gave up smoking 8 years ago and did that easy enough so I'm sure I can do it :) there I go again blah blah blah :rotfl:

You will do it...why? You have a weigh in every tues!

Tip...stand in front of a full length mirror. Take the most unflattering photos on your phone ...whenever choc shouts on you just look at the photo's on your phone.

Well, I'm hoping that works for me!

Mrs mac is joining us after her holiday

Come on...we can do this!! :T:T

    Thanks Savvybuyer!

It is a bit hit and miss. I've only just joined you and my max APG was £10.15 or similar. When I spend it I try to do a big shop so it kind of blends in and I don't rebuy the same thing with the same receipt. Ie dove receipt to purchase radox etc. Always I've had a comment, even today at £4.75.

Still I have to be brave and do a £11 one :)

Is there a wall of fame for those with b&iis of steel that have done a £50?

    I sallut you

It is odd that they would live test like this in the market and risk losing trust in their comparison system (and the wrath of T, S, M who will jump on any jiggery-pokery to claim false advertising). It is not as if the basic concepts behind the system such as comparing the different items needs testing - they know how it works and what they are trying to achieve.

It may be that there was a system down (MSM was reported down earlier?) at the time that it pulled through the data into the APG - therefore it has the result we are seeing. Nothing intentional, just the same "error" of data timing that we rely on for multis not to be pulled through?

Another theory to add to the theories!

The N/As are on old system, as I understand it, so nothing to do with new system evolving. Moreover, the M comp. is fine (as long as there is a comparable version at M and they've picked up the product at M correctly). It doesn't work (vs M) on Minced Beef & Veg. Pasty though, even though M has Savers Minced Beef & Veg. Pasty at 38p last time I saw, since that appears misdescribed on comp. as Cornish Pasty and M do not have Savers Cornish Pasty. It doesn't work vs T as comp. vs T is N/A on all. The misdescription of an item has played in our favour though before, oh so slightly, when SP Wholemeal Bread appears as Brown but does compare against M which is actually Brown (but not against Sains:mad: which is actually Wholemeal - though that was helpful went Sains was much more expensive in the past) - sadly the comp. vs M started picking up a much more expensive price for M and hasn't been any good since.

    You got banned? What happened?

I'm more comfortable doing a CC as APG get commented on when they're not even that big. Am dreading using one for £11. Yes I am a wimp!

How many have got rid of an awkward voucher in store?

Depends on store really, did £15.xx month ago not in my local, got trouted and called fraudster big time, couple of days ago used £25 in my local A and they just input amount (both Apgs from spirits being cheaper, non glitchy stuff).

I haven't done £50, instore, and sadly joined the end of T's ill-fated DTD price check vs A so never got the £100 ones (they'd already capped at £20:mad: by the time I started - but that got me to using the APG afterwards and I've never shopped the same ever since:money:). However, I think the tip is the reason my SA is my fav. SA is because, years ago, I had a £35+ back, that resulted off an Electric Toothbrush that was pounds cheaper elsewhere, so, after seeing and having that one, they know I compare against the half prices of elsewhere ever since!!

It's all about context, what's happened in the past, what's happening now, and it's about timing, which you neurotypical people know all about and are very well able at!! You know... if ever I could interject at the precise right moment in a conversation...:o:o:rotfl:
You all know how...! It's not rocket science (sadly, maybe, for me:rotfl:)!

You know...use your eyes! Flash your eyes at them or something:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. I could never know how... I'm the most shifty shifty guy of all, I never hardly even look at my SAs! No eye contact, really suspicious. You can spend those vouchers no problem. I have no clue how and rely completely on pot luck!
