First round of chemo didn't work.

She is now on a different regime, and has had her first lot. Made her feel really ill, which previous chemo didn't.

I did some research and found out about laser surgery for the lungs, as she has mets in her lungs. She is stage 4, and her type of cancer can only be removed surgically. Unfortunately she isn't suitable for laser surgery at this time, although consultant says if they can get the progression in the lungs stable, there is a chance she could have it.

All in all things aren't looking great, but she is remaining positive, and just trying to live each day and do as much as she can. She has gone away this weekend to the Lakes, and it looks lovely.

She still hasn't told people its terminal, so I think she really appreciates that she can be very honest with me, as I know everything.

Quick question - my local has udi's SEL at £2.95 is it worth me trying a packet on c&c as I've an order to do anyway or those that are buying them is the SEL £1 for you? Ta

In 2 of my local stores the SEL is £1 in another the SEL is £2.95. All go through the tills at £1. BUT
In some stores they go through at full price, so you won't know until you price check it or buy one to try, what the price will be sorry.

Maybe next time you're in ask for a price check?
