It's OK tweets, found it, but decided not to try the live chat. If they do not leave round a neighbour's (that is normal) then I don't want it left outside as it includes books and knowing my luck the package would leak :eek:

Thank you - but that link tells me I am using Explorer 9 which apparently is the latest version compatible with Vista. Looks like I am stuckfor the moment as I'm not keen to update my desktop which still does everything else that I want it too even if it is somewhat 'mature' !
