I have just checked my A account and I feel sure that I am missing quite a few evouchers (£30+ worth that I have been extending) and am 99% sure that they would not have expired as a few of the same date and value remain.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Many thanks

Yes a few have mentioned it before including me. Difficult to know what to do as wouldn't recommend raising your profile. I'm terrible with record keeping so had no def evidence as to how many I'd lost. Sorry don't think that's helped very much :(
