I so love Elite! I dont even need shampoo either.
What time can you check your results?
First one not great, I thought my store never stocked a trigger in the 3 for £10 (wasn't paying much attention to previous elite posts), but it looks like they do and I have bought it by accident..:o

Nope red shampoo shows as condit , conditioner doesn't show on apg so avoid..Ignore reality. There's nothing you can do about it.

Apart from a one off low about 9 years ago when my daughter was born, I am now the lightest I have been in 15/20 years. Trying a low fat diet which is basically a Muller plus fruit or a glitched porridge for breakfast, a Ryvita here and there, a tin of glitched soup for lunch and a glitched Tilda rice with chicken and glitched sauce for dinner.
Apart from the cost of the chicken, I am probably eating for well under 50p a day at the moment..:D
Well done, watch out for the tinned soups some are very high in calories or 22 sinsa tin:eek::eek:0 -

Good evening lovely Elite. Been lurking recently and not much shopping going on here. I did do a bni shop today and got the expected £10 pp for 4 curries and 4 flatbreads. Dd1 in for her gall bladder removed tomorrow as she has developed pancreatitis again, bit of a tough time for her with an 18 month old and a 6 week old.
Dh ended up resigning fro his job as the stress was causing his ulcerative colitis to flare up so he is now stressing about finding another job instead. Scary time for us as no money coming in but we will weather the storm and I have faith that he will find work soon.
I had a massive migraine last night probably brought on by worry, worse one I've ever had as I got the shakes too as well as feeling sick. I have had a pain in the back of my head for weeks now, kind of pressure rather than really hurting so I think I will book into the docs for a check, been saying that for the past couple of weeks and not made it yet though
Going to have a read back in a mo, hope everyone has been well.
strewth I'm so very sorry that you and the family are having such a hard time. I'm sure something will turn up for dh workwise soon. I know these are only words and won't change the sitution when it's change we want and not words.
Good luck to dd1 for her op, speedy recovery requested

Thank you
I will have a slither of the cake and share the rest with the elite and my Poppy :T[/QUOTE]
That cake looks gorgeous, I love strawberries and fresh cream cake, but only a small wedge :rotfl: for me thank you
tweets you have been amazing over the weightloss. You have remained focused throughout. A big well done to you :j ouch
SFSB you have your work cut out to catch our tweets :rotfl: Seriously though, you have done so very well, I'm impressed with your loss. Keep up the good work  water only I'm affraid
My dh is stronger willed than me and also has the time to go walkabout to help the weightloss, over the fields, sometimes gone for hours
When we go home he goes for a daily walk from Forest Hall to Whitley Bay and back . Come on locals what is the distamnce please? There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
Going for a coffee and a ciggie, see you in a min :cool:There's no place like home

Stinky was only saying about you yesterday, hope your ok and when is bubba due? i thought it was about now, but cant be if you legging it somehwere:rotfl:
Hiya lovely :hello:
I'm good thanks for asking, real life is just getting in the way of popping on here as much as I would like.
I've still 7 weeks to go, I've not really even slowed down yet lol. I went glamping last weekend- 1st time ever and it was fab!
Couldn't handle properly roughing it so the glamping was a great compromise. I got to sleep in a 4 poster bed so defo no complaints here :j
How you doing hun?Life is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -
Recently I have been clearing the freezer by eating the BNI curries and not properly counting syns tbh - oh and the tosco wine glitch didn't help (all gone now), oh and finally finished off the pringles and doritos
not surprising really :rotfl: I'm target+5lb so if can shift 2lb I won't have to pay as you're allowed +/-3lb :T
Should be ok with mushy pea curry, muller lights (assume still glitching, will get some more tomorrow) and now strawberries are a fair price too :T.
 maybe I should join in on the SW thread :rotfl: although I'm thinking jacket spud with pea curry tomorrow so appropriate for the elite thread
Cadbury Crunchie ( 32g bar ) 7½
Cadbury Crunchie ( 40g single bar ) 9½
Cadbury Crunchie ( 17g treat ) 4
I have pizzas and work chicken curry in the freezer . DS eats the pizza but the chicken curry was made with semi skimmed milk so I dread to think how many syns. Could do with throwing it out.
I don't drink alcohol so no trouble there.
Why don't you join SW thread and join the next challenge it starts MondayI will join again but think shala just puts goal or plus minus on weigh in day..
thanks for crunchie syns :TEvening
Well done on your weight loss tweets and sfsb, everyone seems to be doing so well
I'm 16lbs lighter than when I became pregnant, but that's because I stopped guzzling wine. I've got 8lbs to lose before I'm not obese anymore so I'm going to have a go at that soon
I mentioned that I was going to test udis on the new system and I did order some but I don't appear to have the new system yet - judging by what's been said I'm not sure I'm in a rush to get it, sorry to not be helpful
Just switched on question time...feel completely bewildered by the election this time round, but really want to make a considered decision about my vote
Thank you
Well done on losing the 16lbs
And good luck on losing the 8lbs0
